Seth is a managing partner and Director of Marketing at Alta Vista Insurance Agency. As one of the original founding members of Morgan Hege Insurance in 2013, he currently oversees the personal lines department specializing in real estate property insurance and personal insurance products helping clients protect their lifestyles so they can build wealth and live their best life.

With over fourteen years of experience in the industry, Seth has focused on building strategic partnerships with real estate agents, real estate brokerages, property managers, investors, mortgage advisors, and CPAs to help them reach new heights in the their businesses. Seth and Alta Vista Insurance have carved out a niche in Southern California as a property specialist and and a top choice for real estate agents as a local trusted business partner. Being involved in the community is important to us and Seth is a participating member of the North County San Diego Association of Realtors and works with many local charities like the Boys and Girls Club of Vista and the San Diego Food Bank.

Over the years, Seth has helped Alta Vista Insurance become one of the top independent insurance agencies in San Diego! With his guidance, the agency was selected as the Pacific Region Agent of the Future back to back in 2019 and 2020.

A native Floridian, Seth relocated to San Diego in 2012 so he could further his insurance career and enjoy the benefits of living on the Pacific coast. “Being on the water has always been a part of my life. I couldn’t imagine living without a connection to the ocean. Coastal towns and cities seem to embody that culture and are a bit more relaxed.”

Seth and his wife currently reside in Carmel Valley in San Diego. He also enjoys surfing, running, staying active, and spending time outdoors.
